Barn
The Epp Barn was donated to the park by Robert and Carl Epp. It was moved from its original location just on the south edge of Henderson to the park in 2005. There was much work to do in preparing such a large barn for moving and on November 4, 2005.
William’s Midwest House Movers from Hastings, Nebraska inched the barn through the ditch and onto the south road to begin the 4 mile trip which took 5 hours.
The barn has been a great addition to the park and is used for a variety of events. The large loft upstairs can hold around 100 people and is available for rental.
